Core Philosophy

This teaching regards humans as a sacred 'work-in-progress'. You cannot stay where you are. Nature does not allow it. Either you have to fall, or you have to rise. Nothing in nature remains stagnant. Such is the law.

We are a trinity of body, mind, and heart. However, what really makes us whole is not provided to us ready-made by nature. We have to earn it. We have been deliberately made incomplete, and this incompleteness opens a portal. But we must thoroughly consider that this incompleteness allows movement in both directions: we can fall, and we can rise.

  • Falling means we sink below animals.
  • Rising means we go beyond being just human.

Here, we must make a conscious decision, keeping in mind the full implications of the chosen direction.
If we want to transcend being a human, then we need to develop our trinity. The Fourth Way is one way to accomplish it.
Therefore, at KTE, everyone is accepted as they are, with all their good, bad, and ugly, provided they assess their situation honestly and authentically agree to self-transformation. We believe only a truly brave person can commit to inner change.

Conscious growth does not require perfection; it only requires sincerity.

For those willing to change, transformation may appear as a byproduct or the main objective, but to us, it is the same. Because it happens naturally when one follows this path.

Therefore, besides existential inquiry, we also fully welcome seekers passing through their toughest struggles, which may be (just written as a list, it is in no way exhaustive):

  • Recurring suicidal thoughts, feelings of unworthiness, etc.
  • Fighting chronic addictions
  • Couples on the verge of separation

Summary

This teaching is not about judgment but about wholeness.

It is not about authority but about comradeship.

It is not about miracles but about the consistent effort of conscious growth.
